Rod is the Managing Director and principal consultant of William Bethwey & Associates. Rod has specialised in knowledge management for the past nine years and has developed and implemented knowledge management strategy for over 25 blue chip organisations in the private and public sectors across the Asia Pacific region and beyond.. He has broad experience in information management, process reformation cultural change management and knowledge enabling technologies. An MBA, Rod holds a Doctorate in Knowledge Management. Rod is also a Senior Fellow of the Centre for Organisational Learning and Leadership, University of Melbourne where he lectures and participates in postgraduate and faculty research programmes including the Masters of Knowledge Management Degree.
